Responsible for the management of the inputs and outputs of specific projects. Based on sound research knowledge and understanding, provide support to exec teams in terms of project and logistic implications of different design approaches in order for them to propose a solution to Clients that is reasonable and achievable. Maintain a constant focus on project profitability (including an awareness of time spent on each project). Liaises with all other departments - CS, Field, Cati, DPU. Design the structure of the project sample such that samples are allocated accurately (and practically) to Field Managers (Field) and Supervisors (CATI). Check final questionnaire from CS for logic, sensibility and practical implementation (from a logistical point of view). Ensures all data (such as row tabs, tables, and score cards) are correct and delivered on time to CS. Effectively manage multiple projects at a time, ensure best practices are used across studies and be able to apply problem solving skills during the course of a project
